The year is Sheffield, 2017. All diplomatic solutions have been expended. The bombs are in the air. There are mere moments left before all of civilisation falls, before the the Earth is nothing but a scorched hellscape, before all that once was ceases to be. And in those final hours, we have been instructed to, uh, put on a pretty standard club comedy night to keep everyone from eating each other I don't know we didn't really think this far ahead when we got the Ministry of Defence contract
Ed is a proper actual comedian with a Wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Aczel), who has been on telly and Radio 4 and everything. He is one of my favourite comedians, I brought my friend's mum to see his show in Edinburgh last year and she came out with a look of pure glee in her eyes that I will never forget. He is also my friend.

A "rising star" (LaughOutLondonComedyClub.co.uk) of the London alternative scene, I shared a flat with Andy this Fringe and he is my friend that's how I got him to open this gig for me.
Tim Key also thinks that he is funny: "He is a funny boy." - Tim Key
A really good Brighton comedian who also runs the Secret Comedy Club that I did okay at a couple of months ago and so I thought I'd give him a spot I think he'll do really well
Your hosts for the evening will be THE LIAM COOK PLAYERS (Liam Cook, Hannah Halliday, Tim McConnell and Daniel Brabban)
